Who We Are
Coast Haven Commercial (CHC) was formed in the summer of 2024 by industry professional Nate McNeil and investor partner James Salter. Our goal from the outset was to develop a seasoned team that knows and cares enough to give our clients rarely seen performance. We set out to be a team partner who can solve problems and reduce headaches for the companies we engage with. We want to be rare, not big, and we will get there by being targeted in our engagements, listening to our clients’ needs, doing what we say we will do, and repeating it over and over again. Simply put, we want to be Built for Business, yet Crafted for Impact.

Nate McNeil
Cofounder & CEO
Nate McNeil grew up in this industry, first as an employee, then as a company owner. Nate’s role in his previous companies has largely been operational, and he brings a wealth of experience in getting the job done for our customers. At CHC, Nate has created an atmosphere of collaboration and communication whereby our entire team is empowered to ensure we meet our clients’ expectations.
James Salter
Cofounder
James Salter is a retired construction company owner who was eager to help when Nate sought to branch out and start his own merchandising company. James brings a wealth of entrepreneurial business experience in owning and running mid- to large-sized businesses. Additionally, he brings financial discipline forward to assist in keeping the company strong, giving Coastal Haven an opportunity to grow and remain independent.
