Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fixture Installer to join our growing
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fixture installation, commercial
carpentry, or related construction trades and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment. This position requires regional travel and offers excellent
opportunities for growth within our company.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install commercial fixtures, displays, casework, and shelving according to
- plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and installation manuals.
- Ensure proper alignment, anchoring, and secure installation of all fixtures.
- Safely operate hand and power tools and follow company/OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to maintain project
- schedules.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized job site.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets Coastal Haven Commercial’s standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial fixture installation, carpentry, or related construction (2+years preferred)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and installation manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to travel regularly (regional and overnight).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
